Has anyone ever tried “Viviscal” to speed up the rate of hair growth?

I can’t figure out if it’s a scam or not They claim models and actors/actresses use it to grow out their hair quickly after cutting it short for various movie parts, etc. I’m trying to find a way to speed up the 1/2″ per month rate of hair growth…
